Laughter Returns to the Workplace

AS TEAMS INCREASE IN-PERSON WORK, OUR “IN REAL LIFE LAUGHS” (IRLL) PROVIDE CONNECTION through comedy

Wondering how we’re planning to meet the needs of companies looking to bring employees back into the office this fall? “The return to the office has been a topic of conversation ever since the beginning of the pandemic; it’s been a highly contested subject and was never going to be an easy decision for employers,” says our Founder, Kevin Hubschmann. “All eyes are on companies as they make this return and as we see it, there’s an opportunity to foster a new, positive era of the workplace.” Our team has been hard at work doing just that, ramping up our In Real Life Laugh (IRLL), which launched this past spring.

Our favorite so far? Improv workshops, customized to meet your team’s current needs - whether that’s just encouragement to think on their feet before a group brainstorming session, or simply time to take a break from day-to-day tasks. We’ve had a firsthand look at how these experiences pull participants out of their shells over the course of 60 minutes (and have them laughing hysterically).

As always, we’re keeping up our data-driven approach for any new initiative - is your company in need of a morale boost after a recent round of layoffs? Are you looking for a way to break the ice when virtual team members meet up in-person for the first time? These are all factors we take into consideration when selecting the best comedic material for your group.

For remote and hybrid workplaces, our virtual 15 Minute Laugh Breaks offer the flexibility of short opportunities for team members to laugh in between meetings, or combining minutes into longer shows over the holiday season when you may be looking for a bit more entertainment. Check out our holiday discount program - events booked by the end of October are currently 20% off.

Looking for new and innovative ways to engage your team? We’d love to help!
