Our founder, Kevin Hubschmann, was recently named a “2023 Industry Innovator” by BizBash.
This February, BizBash released a list of ten event industry vendors who demonstrate exceptional creativity in live experience marketing. The ten spotlighted professionals shared the stories of how their companies are pushing the boundaries of live events.

Early Inspiration: Kevin loved making his siblings laugh growing up, so he continued sharing laughter as an improviser and stand-up comedian, drawing inspiration from successful comedians throughout history.
Professional Influences: Kevin’s time at Splash, an event marketing software company, led him to test out hosting after-work comedy shows. "I eventually went full time on it, and the pandemic hit less than a month later. This thrust us into our speciality, virtual corporate comedy experiences," says Hubschmann.
Innovation Perspective: Kevin says originality in comedy events requires constant improvements. "How can I add an element of personalization into a show that will make the show even better? These small things put in motion a standard of innovation that results in a great end product.”
Career Fulfillment: An improv workshop at his former company, Splash, was one of the most rewarding team experiences Kevin has worked on. “Everyone was warmed up and being more outgoing, creative, and engaging than I could have ever dreamed of.”
