How We’re Celebrating Employee Appreciation Month

Get together virtually or in-person for some musical comedy

  • Recognize the hard work that went into the launch of your team’s latest new initiative

  • Boost morale for your remote workplace, or offer an incentive to get together in-person

  • Remind your employees that work can (& should) be fun with a short virtual comedy show that will have a lasting impact on employee experience

Why appreciate your employees for just one day? We think they deserve a much longer celebration, which is why we like to call March Employee Appreciation Month. Check out our featured Musical Comedy experience as you brainstorm employee retention ideas or plan your next team bonding event.

For the Musical Comedy experience, one of our comedians will interview your team or group to learn more about your coolest accomplishments and favorite buzzwords, and then perform an improvised song based on the conversation. You can keep it short and sweet with a 15-minute event, or add this segment on to the end of a full Variety Hour.

This past December, the team at Hempitecture enjoyed some improv comedy in the form of a musical performance centered around their 2022 wins. “We had a great end of the season party that culminated in an amazing improvised song about opening our new factory this year,” said Tommy Gibbons, Hempitecture Co-Founder. “I'm sure our team will be singing it as an inside joke into the future.”

Sometimes you just need an outside perspective on the work you’re doing to remind you that what you’re doing is impressive and bada***. And when this comes in the form of a laugh? Even better! Check out a sample of our Musical Comedy segment!
