How can we celebrate the end outcome, but also the work that got us there?” said Hindman.

Ben recommends gatherings, constant communication, and leveled-up celebration methods as pillars for great company culture. “Turn [celebration] into a story that people actually remember and really work for the next time,” said Hindman. It’s not just about celebrating, but rather how we celebrate.
