Play bingo using your workplace lingo

Laugh.Events offers a variety of virtual experiences – curated stand up comedy shows, learning and development workshops through improv, and other unique humor-based experiences all with the purpose of spreading our mission to help you laugh more each day.

Play bingo like you’ve never played before with office lingo as your content

After we fill your board with office buzzwords, we will go through each and have a team member tell us what it means to you. Other games we play include fun fact bingo, favorite feel-good song bingo, and secret skill bingo.

How does it work?

  • Once your team representative completes a pre-event survey that tells us all about the group, the background of the event, and any extra important details that you’d like to include, we will hand select the best comic for your event.

  • Once the event details are squared away, we are all set! Show up with a positive attitude and be ready to have fun, but even if you’re not in the mood, don’t worry, your mood will change in no time.

  • [Our host] ensured employee engagement throughout the Work Lingo Bingo by calling on participants to share about their frequently used work terms and favorite songs!”

FAQs

  • While any platform can work, we highly recommend using Zoom for your virtual event. That said, platforms such as Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, GoToMeeting, On24, and others can work well.

  • Laugh.Events boasts an extensive list of comedians and in order to pick the best ones for your event, we will ask the event organizer to complete a pre-event survey to learn your preferences and group dynamics. From there, we will leverage historical data to pick the comedian(s) that will ensure a successful event.

  • This answer is dependent on the type of event that you’re doing, but our recommendation is a regular meeting link. The reason is that when you are on a webinar platform, comedians will have no feedback on how their material is received, which is important for a virtual comedy event.

  • If your team is not interested in being present on their microphones and cameras, that does not mean we will not have an excellent show. That being said, hearing laughter and seeing smiles allows comedians to feed off the energy from the crowd and will result in a better show. Laughter is contagious and even having just one microphone on can significantly improve a performance.
