Believe it or not, it’s already time to start getting into the holiday spirit. What do we mean by that? Company holiday party planning season, of course! For the next few months, you can count on us to help you navigate end-of-year celebrations with holiday party ideas, event planning tips, and innovative remote group activities.
First up, here’s the rundown on one of our favorite featured offerings for the holiday season: a Holiday Party Host! Laugh.Events Hosts are comedians and improv instructors trained to run your show with workplace-appropriate humor and keep audience members engaged from beginning to end.
What’s the experience like?
You have the option to book a full Holiday Party Variety Hour complete with stand up comedy and interactive segments and our host will run the show. Or, we can simply arrange a hilarious emcee to help you kick off the occasion, help give out team awards, and close the year on a high note. Either way, our hosts will bring the energy, encouraging your team to turn their cameras and mics on and light up the chat.
Why bring in an outside host?
If you already have an offsite or scheduled meeting planned and are simply looking for that extra flair, a comedic host can be the perfect addition. We’ve had teams invite us to kick off company dinners or close out virtual meetings, and we believe even just 15 minutes of laughter can be incredibly effective. What are the steps to book?
We keep it simple. The event organizer will be asked to fill out a brief survey about the group and the goals for the celebration after booking, and then our team handles the rest, matching each team with the best talent and segment for their group’s needs. For groups looking for a bit of extra personalization, we can incorporate a game with a pre-event survey of attendees, but this is not required for the experience.
